Primary Duties:
We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual who can tackle the following responsibilities like a champion:
• Generate Gage Control reports for overdue/current-month due gages.
• Set up, calibrate, and update records for testing equipment.
• Ensure safety-compliant product inspections.
• Identify, document, and report nonconformances using ERP tools.
• Apply testing criteria to specifications.
• Organize and send test reports to customers.
• Review and accept certifications under Quality Engineer supervision.
• Produce certifications for shipments with training.
• Create drawings and protocols independently under supervision.
• Generate portions of or complete PPAP packages with training.
• Interface with management for work priorities and progress.
• Conduct in-process and receiving inspections as directed.
• Perform final audits of products and paperwork.
• Report discrepancies and complete non-conformance reporting.
• Complete necessary certification reports for all products.
What You Need for This Role:

- Must be 18 years or older.
- High School Diploma/GED equivalent or relevant work experience. Associates degree preferred; not required.
- Average level of computer literacy.
- Capable of using measuring instruments, i.e. micrometer, calipers, height gauge, etc.
