Quality Technician II at AKKODIS

Akkodis is seeking a Quality Technician II for a Contract job with a client in Arden Hills, MN. The ideal candidateis responsible for processing, reporting, and trending product complaints accurately and in a timely manner.

Rate Range: $26/hour to $31/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Quality Technician II job responsibilities include:

• Performing electrical testing and data analysis on returned products.

• Receiving, verifying, and conducting initial root-cause investigations on product complaints.

• Entering complaint information into the GCMS Trackwise complaint database.

• Ensuring product traceability for all received and analyzed products.

• Collaborating with R&D and Manufacturing teams to gather additional information as needed.

• Following up with CMC to ensure product returns or to obtain further information.

• Forwarding complaints for approval after ensuring all analysis and investigation details are complete.

• Maintaining equipment calibration in the Returns lab.

• Assisting in the update and maintenance of return product test procedures.

• Suggesting improvements to the existing complaint-handling process.

• Maintaining lab cleanliness and ensuring compliance with corporate procedures.

 

Desired Qualifications:

• AA Degree in Technology, Robotics, Electrical Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience. If no degree, 3-5 years of related experience is required.

• Experience with bench-level electrical test equipment such as DC Power Supply, Multimeter, and Oscilloscope.

• Familiarity with quality systems and compliance procedures.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $31.00 per hour
