About the Job
Akkodis is seeking a Quality Technician II for a Contract job with a client in Arden Hills, MN. The ideal candidateis responsible for processing, reporting, and trending product complaints accurately and in a timely manner.
Rate Range: $26/hour to $31/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Quality Technician II job responsibilities include:
Performing electrical testing and data analysis on returned products.
Receiving, verifying, and conducting initial root-cause investigations on product complaints.
Entering complaint information into the GCMS Trackwise complaint database.
Ensuring product traceability for all received and analyzed products.
Collaborating with R&D and Manufacturing teams to gather additional information as needed.
Following up with CMC to ensure product returns or to obtain further information.
Forwarding complaints for approval after ensuring all analysis and investigation details are complete.
Maintaining equipment calibration in the Returns lab.
Assisting in the update and maintenance of return product test procedures.
Suggesting improvements to the existing complaint-handling process.
Maintaining lab cleanliness and ensuring compliance with corporate procedures.
Desired Qualifications:
AA Degree in Technology, Robotics, Electrical Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 1 year of related experience. If no degree, 3-5 years of related experience is required.
Experience with bench-level electrical test equipment such as DC Power Supply, Multimeter, and Oscilloscope.
Familiarity with quality systems and compliance procedures.

Pay Details: $26.00 to $31.00 per hour
