Quality Assurance/Quality Control Oilfield Manufacturing
We are in search of a top candidate for Quality department in a high pressure oilfield hose operation.

Job Responsibilities and skill requirements:
- Moderate computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to handle varied and moderately complex assignments.
- Operates under limited supervision
- Basic understanding of Quality Management System
- The Quality Technician will be responsible for process set-up verification and provides specialized technical support to engineers and production for final product characteristics.
- Performs quality tests/inspections on products, materials, components, parts, etc. at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards.
- Processing customer returns and reporting on results
- Records and reports on measurement and process performance data
- Analyzes data and writes summaries to validate or show deviations from existing standard
- Recommends modifications to existing, or suggests new, standards, methods and procedures
- Generates traceability documents and supports daily operations
- Performs final QC and product release
- 3 years of relevant experience
- High School diploma required
- 2 year technical degree preferred
- Attention to detail - following procedures, taking data, understanding testing requirements.
- Experience and knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and/or electrical machinery and systems.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Understanding of mechanical laboratory test equipment and measurement tools
- Understanding of manufacturing, laboratory settings, or quality assurance
- Good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Good planning, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations
- Ability to analyze and trouble shoot test related equipment and/or procedural issues
- Ability to setup and utilize data acquisition systems
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Job Specifics:
- Pay: $18 to $24/hr. DOE
- Schedule: 7:30AM to 4:30PM Monday-Friday with Satrudays as needed
