JOB TITLE: Quality Technician II
JOB LOCATION: Chandker, AZ - 100% ONSITE REQUIRED
WAGE RANGE*: $33 - 35/hr - W2 ONLY

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Performs final, in-process or receiving inspections, audits and other quality processes according to specifications and build requirements.
Able to analyze data and generate reports and trend charts. Knowledgeable on the 7 quality tools and problem solving techniques as A3, 8D's.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Work along systems engineering with the review of customer, industry and other technical specifications to ensure compliance.
Perform Build Instruction vs. drawing and specification checks and other technical documentation review.
Conducts random, scheduled and/or unscheduled audits to determine conformance to customer specifications and technical drawings, manufacturers' specifications, assembly manual requirements, company processes and procedures and other such specifications and requirements.
To perform root cause analyses by inspecting and evaluating material returns, reviewing documentation, interviewing employees and assessing conformance to quality assurance standards to determine the cause of defects, malfunctions or process breakdowns.
Maintains data and logs data quality, returned material, supplier information, nonconformance to build procedures, errors, findings and recommendations to use for trend analyses.
Prepares required product return documentation to supplier for failure analysis and monitors corrective action response.
May coordinate or assist in developing and maintaining all International Organization for Standardization (ISO) system documentation, including work instructions and departmental policies and procedures.
Identifies, investigates, and participates in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics.
