How do you excel in this position

The Quality Technician will ensure the quality and integrity of Stark Compression's products by performing inspections on incoming materials, in-process components, and final assemblies. The Quality Technician will work closely with the Quality Engineer, production teams, and suppliers to identify and resolve quality issues, drive continuous improvement, and maintain compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

What are we looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in a welding or fabrication environment.
• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of ASME, AWS, ASTM and other relevant codes standards
• Strong understanding of welding processes and inspection techniques
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
