What you'll be doing day to day
As a Product Quality Team Leader at our Customer Fulfillment Center, leading the team responsible for giving products a second chance and owning the product quality methods, you will: Collaborate across functions to ensure an understanding of the supply and product quality processes by focusing on prevention, sustainability, and quality. Lead and identify talent with co-workers by actively engaging in their development and individual goals. Contribute to the unit business plan by securing recovery methods and quality protocols are followed. Provide analysis and report relevant data to drive operational improvements with quality. Identify and develop potential improvements to the quality and recovery processes. Communicate with internal and external partners to create, procure, or implement resources for quality and recovery. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is strong and embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS
24-hour, 7 day a week facility. Managing 15 coworkers between 4 shifts Sun-Sat. Ability to collaborate and co-create with other departments and functions on quality standards and expectations. Process review and improvement. Microsoft Office (Email, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel) Multi-platform: WMS, Gemini, CASY, BRIO and ITM. Quality assurance experience. Inventory management. Written and verbal skills needed. Detail oriented.
