Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Manage and train the Quality Inspection team, ensuring smooth production operations.
• Monitor quality processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and write quality procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and production teams to resolve design and quality challenges.
• Conduct quality control assessments and inspections to ensure products meet customer standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate degree preferred, with strong knowledge of electronics, electricity, and electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience: 5+ years in quality control/inspection with proven leadership, technical proficiency, and problem-solving skills.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications and familiarity with drawings, wiring diagrams, and engineering specifications.
