Job Description
The Quality, Safety & Training (QST) Supervisor role is located in Bedford, NH andĀ Brattleboro, VT. As the QST Supervisor, your role will be to support the quality, safety, and training functions of our Field Operations. The primary function is to train and develop individuals to be safe and successful FTTH installers. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting onboarding presentations, instructing technical training courses, tailgate workshops, and other learning activities for both new and experienced employees.

Role and Responsibilities for the QST Supervisor
- Coach, Train and Motivate individuals for success using established technical training programs according to organizational requirements.
- Prepare training material (Labs, presentations, worksheets etc.)
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. In groups or individually.
- Addressing and hosting safety briefs/tailgate meeting as needed.
- Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed.
- Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues, etc.
Qualifications for the QST Supervisor
- Full technical understanding of FTTH systems, installation and repair required.
- Understanding of safety rules and OSHA regulations.
- Experience leading a team.
- Knowledge of training techniques and tools within our industry.
- Ability to identify and address specific training needs with individuals.
- Ability to use constructive criticism effectively with individuals.
- Working knowledge in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Outstanding verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking to Groups.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Have an ability to adapt to new processes and new information frequently.
Compensation
This is a full-time salary-based position.
