We are searching for a Quality Operations Support person to join our growing teams here in Solon, Ohio. Our partners specialize in manufacturing, assembly, and distribution of proprietary equipment for major hotels and resorts around the world! Immense opportunity for growth and advancement.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist assembly and finishing operations by ensuring the quality of currently in-progress subassemblies and shippable products meet standards:
- Cart components: Screws, bolts, fasteners, etc. meet specifications
- Necessary components per build are present/absent as designated per build
- Electrical components/wiring of power units meet standards
- Perform quality inspection on equipment shells before moving to the finishing warehouse
- Load/unload and drive box truck between buildings to transfer shells or materials
- Operate ID plate engraving machine to meet production demand
- Operate 3D printers to maintain stock levels and meet production goals
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Operation of CNC machine to ensure daily production goals are met
- Production support as needed
- Specialty projects assigned by management on an as-needed basis
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness a must Able to balance changing priorities accordingly to achieve daily/weekly goals
- Must be proactive and goal-oriented
- Personal integrity and honesty in interactions between associates and customers
- Ability to forecast problems based on current evidence
- Work experience in a culturally diverse environment
- Available to work non-conventional hours if needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
