Role
As a Quality Assurance Manager (also known as Quality Control Manager, Management Representative), you'll lead and manage the Quality Control Department, maintain customer interface, evaluate and improve the Quality System, manage internal and external audits, and supervise and train QC Techs across shifts. You'll also be responsible for the implementation of improvement projects and managing the SPC database.

- Bachelor's degree and 4-9 years of experience in a managerial position, preferably in the automotive industry with a focus on injection molding.
- Competence in ISO, TS 16949, and EMS standards, with certification as a TS 16949 Certified Auditor.
- Practical and theoretical knowledge of quality control techniques and methods in production process quality control, problem solving, measurements, supply chain quality control, customer communication, and employee management.
