Quality Manager - Plastic Ingenuity

The person in this position is responsible to the Plant Manager to assist in developing a quality program that satisfies company goals and assists in our efforts to maintain an ISO system. This program including SPC is then taught to production staff to be implemented in day-to-day production. This person is also empowered and encouraged to facilitate process improvement using the PDCA cycle and to facilitate other team members in the same task while following the Deming philosophy.  In addition, this person is a critical contact for our customers.
