What We're Looking For:

• Proven Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in manufacturing.
  
• Technical Expertise:Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, statistical analysis, and problem-solving techniques.
  
• Leadership Skills:Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, build strong relationships, and influence decision-making.
  
• Education:Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
  
• Certifications:ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA, Six Sigma Black Belt) preferred.
