We are seeking a savvy and detail-oriented Permanent Quality Manager to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This role is integral to ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards and exceed customer expectations. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our quality assurance systems, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. If you are passionate about quality and have a proven track record in the manufacturing sector, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.
2. Ensure product quality by designing and implementing effective quality control processes.
3. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
4. Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) when quality issues arise.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of lean manufacturing practices.
6. Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.
7. Set and manage quality standards, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulatory requirements.
8. Oversee the training and development of the quality assurance team.
9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and projects to enhance efficiency and productivity.
10. Liaise with suppliers and customers on quality-related issues and improvements.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Product Quality, Quality Assurance, Quality System Compliance, and Quality Auditing.
4. Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Exceptional leadership and project management abilities.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management systems.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
10. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or similar certification will be an advantage.
