In this role, you will be responsible to ensure all Quality Control functions are performed accurately and efficiently according to our specifications.

Responsibilities:
As a Quality Manager, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
2. Oversee all operations that affect the quality of our products, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
3. Lead the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) program, ensuring food safety at every stage of production.
4. Implement and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all production lines.
5. Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess the quality of raw materials, production processes, and final products.
6. Coordinate with various departments to formulate and implement corrective actions for any non-conformities identified during audits or inspections.
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
8. Provide training and guidance to staff members on quality control and improvement strategies.
9. Prepare and present regular reports on quality metrics to senior management.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in quality management and food safety.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Manager role in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, and QMS.
4. Proven experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and standards.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
10. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
