Oversee and manage quality management system QMS. Responsibilities include managing quality audits, overseeing equipment calibration and assuring technical staff are in compliance with all manufacturing SOPs and Batch Records.
Responsibilities Include:
· Manage quality department personnel responsible for all QA functions such as final batch release and incoming inspection.
· ISO QMS Management Representative
· Control of the Quality Manual including revisions and execution.
· Ensure all customer quality requirements are documented and in compliance.
· Management of Change Control and Document Control System
· Management of product review and release system including signing certificates of analysis.
· Responsible for final sign off on labels and product inserts.

Job Details
Oversee and manage quality management system QMS. Responsibilities include managing quality audits, overseeing equipment calibration and assuring technical staff are in compliance with all manufacturing SOPs and Batch Records.

Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in a quality assurance role.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and multiple teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma Green Process Improvement (SIC) and/or other quality improvement methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ability to write reports and correspondence.
