Quality Inspector at Micro Tech

Seeking a motivated and eager individual for an Quality Assurance Inspector position with great opportunity for a long term career with a growing Medical Device Manufacturing Company! This position is full time, Monday - Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM and paying $28+/HR. depending on experience. 

• Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and quarantining unacceptable materials
• Approves in-process production by confirming material on MOs to specifications; conducting visual verification to applicable; communicating required adjustments to compliance supervisor
• Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database
• Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with all regulations
• Accurately document the results of the inspections and testing
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience in a regulated industry such as medical device manufacturing 
• Able to understand inspection drawings and material specifications
• Able to use an Optical Comparator, Vernier, Caliper and Pin Gauges
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings
