We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Permanent Quality Inspector to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in our manufacturing processes. This role involves meticulous examination of a wide range of products, a keen understanding of dimensional inspection, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our products by conducting routine and detailed inspections, documenting quality issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform regular and detailed dimensional inspections of products and materials, using precision measuring instruments, to ensure compliance with design specifications.
2. Identify and document any product or process defects, and report these findings to the Quality Manager.
3. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improve product quality.
4. Maintain accurate records of inspection results, and prepare detailed reports on quality issues and improvements.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
6. Participate in the development of quality control procedures and policies.
7. Train and guide junior staff members on quality control procedures and standards.
8. Continuously improve inspection processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
9. Work closely with the production team to ensure that all products meet our high-quality standards before they reach our customers.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficient in dimensional inspection with a keen eye for detail.
3. Excellent knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies.
4. Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify defects and implement corrective actions.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports and provide clear feedback to production teams.
7. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. A proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
