What You Will Do:
- Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2027
- Assist in the development and execution of quality testing plans and procedures.
- Support the analysis of quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and process efficiency
- Contribute to the review and improvement of quality documentation, including manuals, procedures, and work instructions
- Help in conducting audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Engage in continuous learning and apply industry best practices to enhance quality processes
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) :
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in quality engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with quality tools and software is a plus (e.g., Minitab, SPC, Six Sigma)
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
What Will Put You Ahead:
- Prior internship or project experience in a quality or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems
- Interest in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies
