Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Engineer to join our innovative Engineering team. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our commitment to excellence and innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the necessary quality standards and will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for delivering high-quality products to our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in each product development phase.
2. Perform and supervise inspections and set adequate control points.
3. Collaborate with other Engineers to develop effective corrective and preventive action plans.
4. Analyze the effectiveness of the corrective action.
5. Conduct audits of processes and quality systems.
6. Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
7. Make recommendations for improvements when necessary.
8. Ensure ongoing compliance with local, national, and international quality standards like ISO 9001 and AS9100.
9. Develop and deliver training materials for quality assurance training programs.
10. Stay current with relevant quality assurance trends in the Engineering industry.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role.
3. Demonstrable experience with Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS)
4. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
5. Experience with quality assurance standards, including ISO 9001 and AS9100.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
7. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
8. Exceptional attention to detail.
9. Proficient in data analysis and statistical methods.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
