Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure products meet both customer and regulatory requirements.
- Perform inspections, audits, and tests to ensure that manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and internal specifications.
- Work closely with engineering and production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring high standards of product quality.
- Monitor and analyze quality data, providing feedback to improve manufacturing processes and product outcomes.
- Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
- Review and approve product designs to ensure they align with quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate the testing and validation of products to confirm their functionality, performance, and safety.
- Prepare detailed quality documentation, including reports, inspection records, and certifications.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality certifications, industry standards, and company policies.
- Provide training and support to production teams on quality control methods and best practices.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of raw materials and components used in manufacturing.
What Is Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant quality engineering experience, with a focus on heavy structural components or hydraulics.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and tools (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, FMEA).
