About the Job
Responsible for Quality and Compliance of process development and manufacturing of implantable electronic products. Will support Wafer and Sensor Operations and Hybrid product lines.
Job Requirements:
- BS Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering
- 4+ years of experience in a related field
- Six Sigma Certification or proficiency in Statistical Analysis
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, including wafer fabs and electronics assembly
- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements (ISO, FDA-GMP, etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure internal quality processes, procedures, and systems are compliant with all governing standards
- Support process development and manufacturing improvements as the Quality team member
- Lead Equipment Development, IQ, Process Characterization, OQPQ, and Test Method Development and Validation activities
- Utilize statistical knowledge for acceptance criteria, DOE, and comparison testing to support manufacturing engineers
- Facilitate risk assessment processes for manufacturing and development, including FMEA documentation and risk evaluations
- Lead and support CAPA investigations, ensuring improvements and effectiveness verification testing are executed
- Manage and coordinate investigations for non-conforming products, materials, or processes with cross-functional teams
Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
