Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree, in a technical field, plus 5 - 8+ years of applicable Quality experience, or Master of Science degree, in a quality related technical field, plus 3 - 6+ years applicable Quality experience, or PhD and 2 - 4+ years applicable Quality experience.
- Maintain familiarity with common INL NDE area (e.g.., RT, MT, PT, UT, and VT, LT) implementing processes.
- Maintain proficiency with implementing INL Quality Assurance Program processes. (e.g., PDD-13000, LST-1118, NQA-1, Software Quality Requirements, ASME B31.1 and B31.3, ASME Section III, V, VIII XI, AWS D 1.1, and AWS D 1.6., and other national quality standards). Must be able to demonstrate QA software experience.
- Ability to travel up to 20% to perform vendor audits/ surveillance when mandated by project requirements.
- INL Quality Engineer qualification, Radiation Worker I qualification (must be able to obtain and maintain within first 3 months of assignment), INL Lead Assessor qualification (must be able to obtain and maintain within first 6 months of assignment) and INL Quality Assurance Auditor (must be able to achieve qualification within first 12 months of assignment).
- This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "L" clearance, which requires US Citizenship.

- Salary Grade: Level 3 ($75,804 - $155,496) / Level 4 ($91,008 - $186,588) At Idaho National Laboratory compensation decisions are determined using factors such as education, relevant experience, and other credentials.")
