Quality Engineer - Essential Personnel

In this role, you ll help improve processes, ensure product flow, and maintain high-quality standards. Ideal candidates should have a solid grasp of quality engineering for medical devices, excel in problem-solving with statistical methods, and be skilled in failure analysis and testing. Strong communication and teamwork abilities are also essential.

Requirements for Quality Engineer:

• Knowledge of quality engineering

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work with different teams

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities for Quality Engineer:

• Provide technical support for product initiatives

• Resolve routine issues and ensure compliance with quality policies

• Track process controls, waste rates, and customer complaints

• Approve validation and change control protocols and reports
