POSITION SUMMARY:   | The Quality Engineer is responsible for shop floor root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions for process related issues. Position will assist the QA Manager in ISO quality system maintenance and continuous improvement programs.     |

KEY RESULT AREAS: | RESPONSIBILITIES: |
 |                    Conduct root cause analysis when quality issues arise.                    Work proactively to implement corrective actions for process related issues.                    Assist with ISO quality system maintenance and continuous improvements.                    Manage supplier quality                    Work with departments to write new ISO procedures.                    Manage various quality projects. |

QUALIFICATIONS: | REQUIREMENTS: |
REQUIRED EDUCATION: Â | Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Bachelors or Technical Engineer Degree. |
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Â | Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 3 years quality experience in a manufacturing environment. Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 1 year experience as a Quality Engineer |
REQUIRED SKILLS:  |         Proven ISO/TS quality system knowledge and expertise         Experience in a machine shop, automotive or related industry (PPAP using APQP)         Ability to read blueprints and comprehend technical specifications.         Experience using a hands on approach to problem solving.         Excellent computer skills         Excellent oral and written communication skills |
