We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated Permanent Quality Engineer to join our team in the manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality products by ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet both internal and external requirements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining our commitment to quality. You will be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your expertise in APQP, PPAP, SPC, statistical analysis, IATF 16949, and Quality Control will be highly valued.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control methodologies to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards, guidelines, and procedures in each product production phase.
Utilize APQP, PPAP, SPC, and other quality tools to drive continuous improvements.
Conduct statistical analysis to identify and manage manufacturing process controls for overall quality improvement.
Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and other applicable industry quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and prevent product quality issues and to develop process improvements.
Carry out root cause analysis for defects, non-conformities or other quality failures.
Ensure that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements.
Participate in internal and external quality audits.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions on quality control activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role within the manufacturing industry.
Proven experience and knowledge in APQP, PPAP, SPC, statistical analysis, and IATF 16949.
Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) credential is a plus.
