Job Details
- Serve as the main contact for customers regarding quality requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee and maintain records of customer quality data.
- Handle root cause corrective actions (RCCA) and confirm the implementation of corrective measures, ensuring they meet both internal and customer standards.
- Monitor and report on customer performance metrics.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the company and with external partners.
- Initiate containment actions and ensure they are completed within 48 hours.

- BS in any engineering fields
