Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical Focus)
Job Description: We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise in mechanical and electrical systems to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This role requires a proactive individual with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and a solid understanding of quality assurance processes. You will be responsible for identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues, while implementing quality assurance protocols to enhance system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute quality assurance procedures for electrical and mechanical systems to ensure compliance with product specifications and standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis on defects and failures, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality-related issues effectively.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical components, electrical circuits, and basic software applications, ensuring reliability and functionality.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of quality control processes, test results, and improvement measures.
- Use data-driven methods to monitor and improve product quality throughout the development and production lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in electrical circuits and mechanical structures, with practical experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Experience with data analysis tools and software for quality assurance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Proven ability to document processes, findings, and resolutions clearly and concisely.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with quality control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards, FMEA).
- Experience in electric vehicle (EV) systems or similar industries.
- Knowledge of statistical quality control (SQC) and relevant tools.
- Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
