Job Title: Internally known as a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer
Job Type: Full-time/Direct Hire/In-person
Shift: Days
Pay: Anywhere from $50,000 - $75,000, depending upon prior experience

Here is a "day-in-the-life" of this Quality Assurance Engineer"
- Establish and maintain Quality Management System (QMS); create, improve and audit processes, policies and procedures.
- Develop, monitor, use performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage supplier performance.
- Carry out incoming inspection of material, in-process inspections, final inspections, including first article inspections.
- Own and manage all Material Review Board (MRB), Failure Review Board (FRB), NCR and Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) activities.
- Communicate and collaborate with customers based on their needs; support contract reviews to ensure effective kickoff to production.
- Manage and carry out calibration/verification processes
- Carry out required compliance reporting functions.
- Support RMA functions to ensure customer satisfaction.
We're actively seeking skilled QA Engineers with the following background profile:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience in a similar role.
- 2-3 years of prior experience in a Quality Assurance related role.
- MUST have AS9100 experience.
- Per ITAR Compliance must be a U.S. Citizen.
