Responsibilities:
- Responsible for midrange server operating systems and configurations, infrastructure hosting components, and cloud virtualization technology for Infrastructure as a Service enablement
- Perform virtual testing, lab support, and maintenance
- Perform technical requirements analysis for testing and test automation development objectives. Develop new and execute existing test scripts, evaluate results against acceptance criteria, and create and/or maintain bugs discovered
Requirements:
- Expertise in testing hosting infrastructure (physical and virtual) with working knowledge of AWS and/or AZURE UI functionality
- Experience with infrastructure as code functionality modeling, including an understanding of orchestration and workflow virtualization functionality
- API testing development with industry standard tools
- Strong working knowledge of service validation and testing process, Agile methodology, and JIRA management
- Excellent communication skills and ability to understand customer-based requirements and expectations
- Able to perform/manage testing in a multi-tasking approach (multiple parallel executions)
- Strong documentation skills
- Highly effective at driving process improvement based on lessons learned analysis
- Very effective at working with a team while able to work independently
- Able to identify conflicts and problems and provide possible solutions
- Working knowledge and capability to use MS Office Productivity Suite of applications

- Comfortable speaking out in a team or project setting
- Working knowledge of industry standard test management and test automation tools, and related test automation enablers
- Motivated outside-the-box thinker who doesn't settle for the obvious
