Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a position where you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's quality management systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards, and your work will directly impact the satisfaction of our customers. This role requires a candidate who is a problem-solver, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the consistent quality of our products.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address quality issues.
Drive continuous and process improvement initiatives to improve product quality and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, including GD&T and ISO 9001.
Operate and program CMM equipment to perform inspections and measurements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions for quality-related issues.
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Provide training and support to the production team on quality control procedures and standards.
Participate in internal and external audits and address any non-conformities.
Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve quality-related issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering role in the Manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards, including GD&T and ISO 9001.
Experience with CMM programming and equipment operation.
Proven track record of driving continuous and process improvement initiatives.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to achieving high-quality results.
