- JOB SUMMARY
- Working in collaboration with other health team members, the Quality Data Specialist gathers and coordinates data to support Value-Based Care quality programs. Additionally, this role supports existing quality reporting mechanisms, as well as the development and implementation of new Value-Based quality reporting methods and the use of population-based registries.
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional & Technical Skills
- Ability to demonstrate verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook email
- Ability to demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Ability to write legibly and demonstrate spelling competency and data entry accuracy
- Education
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- License(s) or Certification(s)
- Certified Medical Assistant preferred
- Other Skills or Requirements
- Strong customer service skills (patients, staff, and providers)
