We are looking for a dedicated full-time Quality Coordinator to collaborate closely with our Quality Manager to ensure adherence to industry-leading standards for quality management systems. This role will involve tasks such as data tracking, conducting auditing, identifying nonconformances, and proactively addressing and resolving quality-related issues as they arise.
This position is based on site at our Mason, Ohio office.
Responsibilities:The responsibilities of this position are both diverse and dynamic, encompassing key areas of SES’s operations. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
- Quality Management System Support: Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the quality management system (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational requirements.
- Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of processes and ensure projects comply with relevant standards and meet SES’s quality expectations.
- Data Tracking and Analysis: Collect, track, and analyze quality data, preparing reports and providing insights to the Quality Manager on system performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA): Oversee the CAPA process, ensuring that actions are implemented effectively, within deadlines, and that proper documentation is maintained.
- Document Control: Manage and maintain documentation related to quality processes, including conducting quality assurance reviews of outbound project-related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
- Customer Feedback and Surveys: Manage the customer feedback loop, including overseeing survey programs and gathering insights to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Training and Support: Provide guidance and training on quality standards and processes to staff across various departments to promote a quality-focused culture.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve overall operational efficiency, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various quality assurance and administrative tasks, including maintaining records, updating procedures, and supporting audits and inspections.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of years of experience in quality assurance/product quality and/or document control.
- Standards: Experience with ISO 9001 and 13485 standards, preferred.
- Computer Skills: Advanced computer skills, with a strong proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Consistent and Reliable Attendance: Demonstrated ability to report to work on time and maintain a regular work schedule.
- Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, capable of effectively multitasking and meeting deadlines.
- Organization: Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
