Concrete Careers is supporting a client in identifying a QC Tech candidate for their precast concrete operation in Fort Myers, FL. Compensation ranges from $24 to $30 per hour, plus OT, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits are also offered.

Please note that candidates must have a related background in the concrete industry.

Duties:
- Directly involved in the quality control process in a precast facility
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
- Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Prepare reports on quality control activities and present findings to management
