Position Description:
Are you passionate about ensuring the smooth operation of vehicle reservations and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency? Join our team as a Vehicle Operations and Reservation Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in managing reservations, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate vehicle records. With your keen attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills, you'll contribute to optimizing our operations and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reservation Oversight:
- Conduct regular checks to identify and address any missed bookings, ensuring no reservation slips through the cracks.
- Vehicle Maintenance Monitoring:
- Proactively monitor for any vehicle issues, promptly addressing them to minimize disruptions to our services and maintain fleet integrity.
- Reservation Issue Resolution:
- Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to reservations, ensuring smooth and seamless customer experiences.
- Damage Management Expertise:
- Handle the appropriate marking of damaged vehicles in our system, ensuring accurate documentation and facilitating swift resolution of any associated issues.
- Information Management:
- Enter important vehicle information into the system's notes section, maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date records for each vehicle in our fleet.
- System Status Updates:
- Change the status of vehicles in our internal system and partner systems to accurately reflect the current status of each vehicle, ensuring transparency and alignment across all platforms.
- Records Management:
- Keep our work records/tracking up to date and consistently monitor it to ensure it remains current, providing real-time insights into our operations and performance.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to complex issues.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in vehicle operations, reservation management, or a related field is advantageous but not essential – we value a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
