Job Title: Quality Control Representative/Part-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt 
Department: Service Center
Manager: Service Center Supervisor

General Job Description:
The Quality Control Representative is responsible for ensuring that work orders executed within the department or for a particular program meet reporting requirements established for the programs under review. The position will require working on multiple ongoing programs at any one time as well as working with the manager.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
 Review work orders to validate compliance 
 Monitor and balance work order load including quality cases 
 Work independently to identify and resolve problems with minimal assistance 
 Collaborate with internal departments to ensure appropriate project guidelines and standards are met 
 Other departmental responsibilities as assigned  

Qualifications for the Job:
 High proficiency in Microsoft Excel 
 High Scholl diploma or general education degree (GED)

Analytical, detail oriented, and thorough 
Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
Strong ability to multitask  

Work Environment/Physical Demands:
Usual and customary requirements of administrative personnel as part of an office environment. Alternate sitting and standing as tolerated. Use of a keyboard, mouse, headset, phone, viewing of monitors on a consistent basis
