Job Title: Quality Control Manager
One position is available in Arizona, preferably located in an area around Tucson or Yuma, AZ. This position is contingent upon contract award (expected to be made in March - May 2025)
Business Service Line: Operations and Maintenance
Position Summary: The Quality Control Manager (QCM) will manage and oversee all aspects of quality for the projects to which they are assigned. The QCM is responsible for ensuring compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and company standards related to quality assurance and quality control. The QCM drafts, oversees, and implements the Quality Control Plan (QCP), conducts audits and inspections, identifies and mitigates risks, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. The QCM must be located in Arizona and be able to travel across the state.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for drafting QCP

Responsible for implementing QCP
-
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, applicable regulations, and company policies.

Conduct quality audits, inspections, and assessments to verify adherence to quality standards.

Manages quality control technicians.
-
Must be able to respond to emergencies within 1 hour of notification.

Ensure technical staff maintains proper certificates/licensure and safety trainings.
Qualifications:
-
Five (5) years of experience managing quality control on contracts with annual value greater than $2 Million.

Experience managing quality control Operations and Maintenance contracts.

Must be able to pass a thorough federal background check to gain badging access to federal buildings.

Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Strong troubleshooting abilities and the ability to use resources at hand to fix problems.

Excellent leadership ability.
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal

Must be able to review and edit reports and proposals
-
Ability to delegate work and handle multiple projects
-
Ability to proactively create, control, modify and manage budgets and schedules
-
Ability to analyze and control project risks, both operationally and financially
-
Proficient with standard Microsoft office tools
Preferred Qualifications:

6 Sigma Green certification or ISO 9001 certification
