We are looking for a Quality Control Manager to immediately join our small team in the Purified Bottled Water facility in Orlando, Florida. A Reverse Osmosis technical background is strongly recommended. The responsibilities will be comprised of Quality Control Inspector, Lab Technician, and Purified Water Process Technician duties. The daily work flow will be primarily on the production floor, coupled with implementation of our Quality System on one production line. Some tasks are repetitive actions to be conducted safely and independently.
Job Schedule: Full-time. Monday through Friday, day shift.

Responsibilities:
· Manage and monitor the purified water circuit (cleaning, calibration, record keeping . . .)
· Perform quality control checks and calibrate all equipment.
· Overview all operators’ inspection documents.
· Perform internal and external audits at defined frequencies.
· Follow-up on all complaints, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
· Lead and monitor monthly, with all managers, the food safety system in place.
· Conduct training and orientation of new employees on quality and food safety policies.
· Prepare all materials and media to perform internal analyses.
· Collect samples and complete all physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses on the finished products, intermediate products, and raw materials.
· Meticulously record all analyses and archive paper work.
· Oversee external subcontracted analyses such as bromate testing, weekly bacteriological testing, and special analytical requirements.
· Manage and schedule the cleaning process throughout the plant facility.
· Implement established quality standards, specifications, and parameters.
· Manage all chemical product purchasing and inventory.
· All other duties as assigned by management.
Desired Qualifications:
· Reverse Osmosis Unit experience is a plus
· GFSI or BRC Food Safety Global Standard experience is a plus
· Microbiological Experience in a lab setting
· Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices & Machine Operations in a Food or Beverage Industrial Environment
