Title: Process Quality Control "IPQC" Inspector
Location: Georgetown, Texas
Shifts: 1st (7:00am - 3:45pm) / 2nd (3:00pm - 11:45pm) / 3rd (11:00pm – 7:45am)
Pay Rate: $18.50 (1st), $21.28 (2nd), $23.13 (3rd)

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspection Area Setup:
- Verify tool/equipment setups (torque specifications, ESD control, etc.).
- Confirm SOP adherence and apply 6S knowledge and procedures.
- Monitor the Quality of Output:
- Conduct visual inspections of all final products to ensure 100% compliance.
- Identify and act on issues with real-time corrective measures.
- Compile detailed reports for each product inspected.
- Perform audits as requested by leadership.
- Issue Resolution:
- Escalate production process issues effectively to leads, supervisors, and relevant departments for prompt resolution.
- Recent Title – Quality Control on Resume Required to be considered!
- A High School diploma or equivalent, higher education is a plus.
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- An ability to prioritize workloads and excel in multitasking.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on quality and process/product improvement.
- High integrity, strong work ethic, and a commitment to excellence.
- Capability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds as required.
