Quality Control Inspector - Burnett Specialists

Company that supports the optical industry is looking for a Quality Control Inspector.

General Description:
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for reviewing drawings and / or product
specifications and ensuring that the materials meet those specifications. 
Essential Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Read and interpret drawings.
• Calculate sample size.
• Prepare inspection reports.
• Perform incoming, in-process, and / or final inspection.
• Perform first article inspection.
• Report non-conforming parts/material.
• May be required to help with additional tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Qualified to use micrometers, calipers, height gauges and basic inspection equipment.
• Ability to learn how to use precision optics inspection equipment.
• Basic computer skills (Word and Excel).
• Ability to handle a fast-paced production environment.

Working hours are 7:00 to 3:30.

$14/hr.

Position could become full time with the company.
