Qualifications and responsibilities for this Quality Control Inspector position include:

4-year degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent technical training/experience
10+ years of quality control experience on commercial or government construction projects
MUST have active DoD Secret Security Clearance and ability to obtain DHS Suitability clearance
Conduct daily inspections to ensure strict compliance with contract requirements
Review and approve contract deliverables and submittals; request corrections for deficiencies
Develop and implement quality assurance (QA) plans, including procedures for inspections, testing, and reporting
Monitor contractor quality control activities and oversee testing and inspections
Prepare and submit daily QA reports within 48 hours of activity completion
Participate in pre-construction meetings and oversee corrective actions taken by contractors

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
