Quality Clerk/ Coordinator

The Quality Clerk is responsible for supporting the organization by creating control groups and editing the status of product.

Job Duties:

• Create control groups, using Code Date Calculator (lot codes/code dates)
• Edit status of feeder stock and finished product (hold/quarantine/release)
• Audit work packets, verify quantities, signatures, and required documentation is available
• Complete incoming label inspection
• Maintain change control log
• Print and confirm Work Packets
• Maintain and file required documentation (work packets, label inspections, etc.)
• Generate Quarantine and HOLD reports daily and submit to Quality Manager or Quality Supervisor
• Assist the quality department personnel as needed

Education & Experience

• Education Desired: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year or related experience or training

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to work in a cold environment
• Problem solver and team player
• Basic knowledge and understanding of office equipment
• Ability to understand and use all applicable aspects of WMS
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge and understanding of simple math
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products

1st shift: $18.00/hr

2nd shift: $18.50/hr
