Advance Services is now hiring for a Quality Control Lab technician in Grundy Center, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting quality control and quality assurance testing.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and implement quality system for lubricant products to meet company and regulatory standards.
• Laboratory: Maintain organization, cleanliness, and workflow in the laboratory daily.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with managers to identify and enhance production process for better product quality.
• Compliance: Ensure operations comply with industry regulations and implement changes in quality control.
• Product Development: Assist in analytics for new lubricant products from concept to market launch.
• Team Player: Actively participate in laboratory operations and support the team.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments to develop products that meet market needs and drive business growth.
  
  

Qualifications:
Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Or previous laboratory experience. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
