Quality & Continuous Improvement Specialist II at ICONMA, LLC

Requirements:

• Must have 3+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing and/or integration environment
• Must be familiarity with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, pin gauges)
• Must have ability to conduct in-process and closeout inspections per engineering drawing requirements and work instructions criteria
• Must have ability to document inspection reports and audit manufacturing build records
• Must have Ability to conduct Process improvements initiatives such as Kaizens, Gemba, and A3.
• Must be familiarity in conducting Process surveillance audits and reporting
• Must be familiarity with AS9100 or ISO9001 Quality Management System and/or related quality systems and programs
• Aerospace, space launch, military, automotive or commercial aviation industry experience is desired
• Proven experience in AS9145, Advance Product Quality Planning and Production Part Approval Process is desired
• Quality performance measurement analysis capabilities (SPC) is desired
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is desired
• Basic knowledge and familiarity on Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) is desired
