Reports To: Senior R&D Manager
Primary Work Area: Office
Work Environment:
- Office Areas/ Exposure to Manufacturing Plant Floor
Education and Experience:
- Associates degree or higher education is Preferred.
- High School Diploma/ GED required
- 3 plus years work experience in a manufacturing auditing role
- Food experience is helpful but not required

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identifying and assessing areas of significant business risk.
- Managing and reporting compliance breaches and exposures.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practices.
- Reviewing all new products, systems, or processes to ensure compliance.
- Conducting ad hoc investigations into identified or reported risks.
- Supporting various departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data with auditors and various departments.
- Ensuring complete, accurate, and timely audit information is reported to Management and/or Risk Committees.
- Create, update, maintain start-up sheets based on customer specifications(Production Paperwork)
- Manage, create and maintain all raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, semi-finished goods, and all Bill of Materials within ERP system- Owen in the Interim
- Verify ERP accuracy across production paperwork, registers, vendor documentation, and customer specifications
- Maintain document integrity and confidentiality via NDAs and other means necessary for FDA compliance- Escalate to Food Safety Manager for Sign off's
- Audit Ingredients Management- define what repost to view in NetSuite
- Help support audit with Finance
- Gain and provide alignment with necessary departments based on customer or SKU changes- BOMs/ Finished Goods
