Quality/Compliance Assistant

Arc of Onondaga is looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Assistant to join our Residential Team
The Quality/Compliance Assistant reports to the Director of Residential and is charged with assisting in ensuring the delivery of quality services that are in keeping with OPWDD, and other state and federal regulations. The Quality/Compliance Assistant plays a key role in ensuring implementation of recommended or required actions or processes throughout the Residential division.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or in an appropriate mental health discipline
- Minimum of three years' experience in human services field, preferably in residential
- Combination of education and experience which, in the judgement of the employer, equals the above standards
- A valid NYS driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the Agency's insurance carrier.
