We are currently accepting resumes for the position of Quality Clerk responsible for demonstrating excellent interpersonal business writing and analytical skills. The Quality Clerk is responsible for auditing, analyzing, and reviewing processes within the department. The Quality Clerk ensures compliance to in-house specifications, standards, and good business practices. Additionally, the Quality Clerk will provide training support to supervisors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following.
- Review production and efficiency standards within operation.
- Perform random audits throughout project.
- Attend quality monitor sessions with manager and client.
- Recommend ideas to improve production standards.
- Prepare and present daily statistical information to management staff regarding quality assurance.
- Review/recommend training of all staff.
- Monitor production goals
- Perform customer service silent monitoring sessions.
- Examines project operations for accuracy and conformity to contractual guidelines.
- Receive cross-training for all projects.
- Other duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to provide effective coaching and feedback to staff with ultimate goal of team success
- Ability to process and retrieve information from a computerized database
- Understanding of Microsoft Windows based software (including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Ability to effectively communicate in a courteous and professional service level at all times
AVAILABILITY:
- Candidate must be available to work between the hours of 8:00am and 5:30pm, Monday – Friday.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages
REASONING ABILITY
- Ability to apply common sense
- Ability to deal with varied situations
- Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal business writing and analytical skills
