Quality Assurance Tester 

This role demands exceptional written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and effective collaboration across teams. Hands-on experience in API and web service testing is essential, along with proficiency in traceability matrices, test strategy development, and test planning to deliver high-quality outcomes. While recent experience with automation tools such as Selenium or TestNG is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Waterfall approaches, and hybrid project management strategies is necessary to effectively contribute to diverse project environments. The technical landscape includes platforms such as Java, .NET, Mobile-PWA, and Salesforce.

Success in this role requires taking full ownership of outcomes, ensuring accountability and excellence in delivering results. Responsibilities include performing hands-on testing, writing detailed test scenarios, preparing accurate estimates for test planning, and leveraging learned knowledge to improve processes and solutions. The role also involves thoroughly reviewing technical and business documentation to create comprehensive and effective test cases while adapting to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies or a combination of the two as project requirements dictate.
