3 Must Haves:
- Position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality assurance, or industrial systems engineering or a related field and 3 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to the occupation.
- Experience participating in and supporting quality assessments, surveillances, audits and/or Non-Conformance disposition and closure.
- Must be able to complete client's onboarding requirements
- Review and prepare procurement documentation germane to quality assurance, quality engineering, and quality control requirements.
- Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of processes, procedures, and applications contributing to the overall objective of sustaining an effective engineering, procurement, and program Quality Management System.
- Perform onsite NCR investigations and verifications.
- Coordinate and/or conduct audits and surveillances of quality-affecting engineering, procurement, construction, and ancillary project work.
Quality Engineer 2
- Position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality assurance, or industrial systems engineering or a related field and 3 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to the occupation.
- Knowledge and application of nuclear codes and standards. For example: 10 CFR 830 Subpart A, DOE Order 414.1D, national consensus standard ASME NQA-1—2008/ASME NQA-1a-2009 Addenda to ASME NQA-1 – 2008, ISO 9001, and U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Regulatory Guide Series or equivalent.
- Knowledge of the application of ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code for the procurement, fabrication, inspection, testing and In-Service inspection & evaluation of Pressure Vessels and Piping.
- Experience participating in and supporting quality assessments, surveillances, audits and/or Non-Conformance disposition and closure.
- Ability to understand and interpret various physical, mechanical, and electrical documents, blueprints, drawings, specifications, and schematics.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel across multiple organizations to solve complex problems.
- Sufficient application experience to comprehend specified requirements in disciplines that include welding, nondestructive testing, geometric dimensioning, and tolerance.
- Knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction practices sufficient to comprehend specified requirements in disciplines that include Commercial Grade Dedication (CGD) and application of the graded approach in an NQA-1 environment.
- Three years of experience as a Certified Welding Inspector - American Welding Society (AWS-CWI)
- Current certification or previous certifications in three or more of the following NDE Level II Inspection (RT, UT, MT, PT, VT), Piping or Pressure Vessel Inspection, Mechanical Inspections.
- Currently have or can obtain a Q level Clearance.

40 - 41 /hour
