Responsible for supporting the Quality & Contract Manager in overseeing quality/compliance across Maximus and subcontractors e.g. monthly monitoring via spot checks of CMS records, data insight, performance driver identification and leading continuous improvement activities across Restart.
- Supporting the Quality & Contracts Manager for contractual reviews and audit meetings both in terms of presentations and plans and attendance as required by the Head of Operations.
- Supporting to maximise and achieve all financial and non-financial SLAs in line with the commissioner's formal contract and our own yearly budgeting. Support to Improve performance through a policy of Continuous Improvement designed to deliver service efficiencies, reductions in whole-life costs and improvements in quality and performance throughout the Contract period.
- Working alongside the Risk and Audit team to develop and maintain the necessary contractual compliance and performance delivery requirements.
- Ensure contracts are delivered within the Quality Assurance Framework, including the sampling regime and MI Reporting frequency in line with the Contract Management Framework.
- Working with the commissioner's performance team to support their reviews and information requests for this contract.
- To work closely with Supply Chain teams to understand the key risks.
- Support in monitoring the implementation of the action & effectiveness of Continuous Improvement Plans.
Non London based candidates - £26,000 - £30,000 pa
London based candidates - £30,400 - £35,100 pa
Further Information:
This role will require visits to Supply Chain Partners in South London so the successful candidate will need to live in the London area or within short commuting distance. Most likely 2 days per week in offices.
Essential
- Proven experience of providing effective insight and recommendations to senior management in a performance driven environment.
- Demonstrable experience in facilitating the embedding of new learning so it has a positive impact on performance and ensures quality of service delivery
- Self-starter, able to prioritise and problem solve with minimal support
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and organise workload to meet required targets and deadlines consistently.
- Work in a flexible and autonomous manner; being visionary, promoting improvements and
- sharing best practice that supports business efficiency
- Experience of analysing financial and non-financial data, and producing reports and recommendations based on such analysis.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear accurate reports, statistics and documentation.
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above including English Language and Maths or equivalent
- Must live in London or within short commuting distance
- Must be able to travel to offices 2 days per week
- Prior experience of working in a similar role in the employability sector.
- Previous experience of working with remote teams
