Position Type: Full-time

Overview: As the Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing ISO compliance, software, and ensuring seamless integration across the organization. You will also be responsible for managing direct reports.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and AS9100 standards
• Manage and oversee customer and regulatory audits, ensuring all quality requirements are met and maintained.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team
• Design and establish robust processes and programs to support the growth of the Quality Assurance department.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency in manufacturing and inspection processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of experience as a QA Manager in a manufacturing setting, or 3+ years of experience in place of a degree.
• Proven experience managing ISO compliance.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing Quality Assurance teams.
